Drivers out there not prepared

No pictures this time, but today there is about 3 stuck cars for every block in my neighborhood. People trying to drive with bald tires and no chains. 2 people I helped were stuck trying to get out of their driveway - I helped them get back into the driveway because they quickly decided it was not worth it. At the intersection at the bottom of the hill, just 3 houses down from me, the people that live there are standing outside watching almost every vehicle get stuck. Better than daytime TV I imagine. Even with the chains on my tires I was having a very hard time, almost got stuck several times. This morning a firetruck was stuck trying to come up our hill. They simply left it and walked the rest of the way to wherever they were headed.
 
And it is still snowing heavy right now.
